The following table gathers the most common misconceptions I hear online and offline.

• "No-code is only for throw-away prototypes."

Mature platforms now power VC-backed startups and regulated fintech products in production.The French talent-marketplace Comet built its production platform entirely on Bubble, scaled to 20 000+ freelancers, and raised $13 million. 🔗Dividend Finance processes $1 billion+ of loan volume on its Bubble-based platform. 🔗What matters is sound architecture (databases, roles, workflows) - not whether the UI was hand-coded.

• "No-code can’t scale or handle heavy traffic."

Modern no-code back-ends and automation layers auto-scale exactly like coded systems. Scalability depends on design.SweepBright CRM automates 27 million tasks every month with Zapier Enterprise. 🔗Decathlon launched a customer-facing search engine on Xano in 4 weeks and can grow it enterprise-wide. 🔗And again, Dividend Finance processed billions of dollars in solar-loan volume on a Bubble back-end before its acquisition by Fifth Third Bank.

• “No-code is insecure and non-compliant.”

No-code vendors hold the same certifications as traditional SaaS. The major platforms sit on top of AWS, GCP or Azure and inherit ISO-27001, SOC 2, HIPAA and GDPR controls.Bubble offers SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, HIPAA options plus granular server-side privacy rules. 🔗Make.com runs EU-only data centers and a dedicated DPA. • "We have enough developers, so we don't need No-code."

• Which tools will we be using during the course?

We will primarily work with make to build our workflows.We will also learn basics of airtable for simple database/CRM functions.And finally we will work with the openai API to integrate AI functionality into our workflows.During the course you will get to know many more tools as well (e.g. for building websites, web applications, mobile apps and more) but we won't dive deeper into it.
